Pet Adoption Services
Adopting pet means that every pet is a living, feeling being who, more often than not, would make a wonderful companion if given a chance. Many service centers strive to increase those chances through pet adoption services and support of companion-animal sterilization... until none is homeless.
Decide first which pet you want to adopt. Your pet will depend on you throughout its life, and with proper care, may live more. Are you willing and able to care properly for it and provide it a stable home for that long? Don’t get pets without considering and planning for the costs for such a responsibility and many other things like
1) How much time can you spend with a pet? Pets are social creatures they will not be happy left out in the home alone. You must be committed to spending hours with your pet.
2) If you live in a small apartment, what kind of space can you provide for your pet? You must take this into consideration.
3) How much money can you set aside for the care and feeding of pet? You must buy food, pay for veterinary checkups, vaccinations and routine medical care, food bowls, collars, licenses, ID tags, leashes, carriers, etc. over the lifetime of your pet.
4) Before adopting find out all you can about the breed of your pet, even if it is a "mixed" breed.
5) How much training can you do? Training will make your pet much more compatible with you and with what you want to do.
7) Whatever pet you choose, you are making a long-term commitment. Your pet will need attention, love and respect from you: food and water are not enough. Consider your pet part of your family-that is what your pet will think about you, you are its pack.
8) You are responsible for your pet’s health.

Before you buy a bridesmaid cheap dress
Before looking and purchasing your bridesmaids cheap dress there are some factors you must take into consideration. Like first determining who will be in your bridal party? How many people are you planning to participate in the event? Now I’m sure you have this already work this out. But have you taken into account these 3 steps.
* Are all your bridesmaids adults or do you have children to take into consideration?
* Are your bridesmaids slender or are they a bit larger? Maybe you have both and you will need to make sure they all look fantastic without taking the lime light of the bride.
* What time of year are you planning the wedding? It may be winter, spring or summer.
So you see there are additional things that need to be addressed before you start to look for your bridesmaid’s cheap dress. Especially the time of year you are planning to get married. In winter you may need to find dresses that offer a bit more warmth for your bridesmaids, while in summer and spring you can go with a lighter fabric type dress.
It is also important if you are planning an outdoor or indoor wedding. So be sure to figure out what the weather is like in these types of seasons. For example if you live in a tropical part of the world, nine times out of ten it will be raining in summer or the humidity will be through the roof and everybody will be sweating like pigs. The same goes with living in a much colder part of the world where it snows in winter, everyone’s going to be freezing especially you and your bridesmaids.
It’s really not that hard to avoid, you just have you’re wedding in winter if you have hot summers and summer if you have cold winters. To me though spring offers a neutral type of weather that is not to hot and not to cold!!
Once you have it all figured out you can now focus on your wedding dress and your bridesmaids dresses. Now finding the style of dresses that will make your wedding perfect really is made easy these day with the Internet. You can find thousands of different styles and themes all from the comfort of your own home. As long as you have everyone’s dress size you should have no trouble at all finding cheap bridesmaids dresses. So shop around this will not only help you with finding those perfect dresses but will give you some great ideas for your ideal wedding.

Are you trying to make the wrong shoes fit?
Last week was an interesting one for me. I returned to L.A. after spending a week in Chicago, mulling over a couple of conversations I'd had with a client while I was there.
I asked him if I could share his story with you, not using his real name and details of course, as I felt there were some lessons here that would benefit my readers. He gave me his permission to do just that.
So, we'll call him Jim for the sake of this story.
Now Jim is a very fortunate man. He's fifty, fit and financially sound. He divorced eight years ago, has grown-up kids and a couple of young nephews he loves as if they were his own. He owns his own business which he's built from the ground up, and which makes him a VERY good living. He plays golf, is passionate about cars, and takes vacations in Hawaii and the Caribbean. In short Jim lives the kind of life many of us would love to be living.
But of course something was missing. Love.
Jim needed to fill the space in his heart, so out and about he went to find a soul mate. He met women online and offline; through dating agencies and friends; through well meaning matchmakers and at professional gatherings; at the theater and even on a plane once. Jim dated some lovely women, but the problem was that none of them was PERFECT.
Jim by now was so set in his ways, that he didn't know how to make room in his life for another 'real person'--he had an image in his head, his dream woman, and none of the real, emotional, flawed HUMAN people he met, seemed to measure up to his 10 out of 10 vision of perfection.
And then he met her. Picture perfect, young, fresh, flawless. He fell hard, just like those avalanches I was talking about last week--completely, chaotically, loudly and MESSILY. Anyone caught in his path got swept away. She was the ONE. Jim moved heaven and earth to woo this delectable young lady, with the face as smooth and beautiful as a piece of fine porcelain. They started dating.
At first all went well. Jim swept her off her feet with lavish dinners, trips to the Spa, weekends away in Vegas, and even a surprise trip to Paris. He bought her gifts, jewelry and flowers every week.
At first she seemed to enjoy Jim's company as much as he did hers. They would talk intensely, laugh at each others jokes, have fun and of course make crazy 'passion.' But before too long, within a matter of only a few weeks, Jim noticed some troubling signs. She's was irritable with him, seemed distracted--bored even. She's make excuses not to see him on certain nights, and when she did, wasn't as affectionate as before.
And her demands got greater too. She was unimpressed with the one carat earrings, and under-whelmed with anything that wasn't from Prada, Channel or some equally prestigious brand name...
Jim started trying harder. More expensive gifts, more exotic trips away, a credit card with a $25,000 limit, and even a sports car. He took more time away from his business, a day here and there, and then a week, or even two. He'd go in late in the mornings, but was struggling to put his heart back in it at all...all he could think about was her, and the creeping dread that he was about to lose his dream.
He started driving by her house those evenings he wasn't with her, snooping through her pockets when he was. Jim got more desperate, she got more dismissive and disgusted with him, and the whole thing spiraled into a car wreck of a situation.
She left him of course. And Jim is still paying a heavy price. Not only did he spend tens of thousands of dollars trying to buy her affection, but he let his business go downhill too, and is now desperately trying to get back to where he was before he met her. It's going to take a long time. Lots of customers are not generous with second chances as Jim is discovering. He let himself go as well, physically, emotionally and mentally. His confidence is battered too.
Jim found out things about himself that he really didn't like: his poor judgement, his superficiality, his almost-adolescent grabbing for a girl half his age, his innate jealousy, his willingness to sacrifice his self-respect. He learnt how fragile the whole facade of his life had been, and how easily it could collapse. These are valuable lessons indeed, but I know Jim would rather never have had to learn them. Yup, Jim squandered money, friendships, peace of mind--even success--chasing vaporware.
Jim knows now that he was wrong-headed. He was thinking with his ego, and his libido, not his heart. That he mistook yearning, for loving. He tried to make something fit that was never going to, like shoes that are way too tight but you keep wearing regardless of blisters, pain and ugly rubbing, because you think if you persevere you'll finally mould those darn shoes to fit you. Yup, Jim was trying to make the wrong shoes fit.
I wanted to share Jim's story, as it's one that as a Life Coach, I see way too often in different versions and flavors. As more and more folks get divorced a great many find themselves single and hopeful that they will get a chance to find love a second, or even third, time around. Some carry a ton of old emotional baggage, others arrive at this place, mature and confident (just like Jim), but nearly all of them arrive with unreasonable expectations. Too many end up trying to force-fit their ideals into a too-tight shoe.
I am a great believer in soul mates. I know that when you are with the right person, it may not be all sweetness and light, you might verbally tussle with each other now and again, you may disagree on lots of things, you may enjoy different past-times, and have different ambitions. You may like different foods, have different friends, spend a lot of time apart, disagree on politics, and vacations. But I also know that NONE of that matters as long as you share a deep mutual trust, respect, affection and connection; an easiness and an openness so that whenever you are together it feels just like coming home after a long, hard trip; a sense of 'safeness' born of knowing that your back is covered by your best friend; a shared, quiet delight in each other that's hard to explain, but that seeps into your bloodstream, warms your heart and that you slip on like a favorite pair of snug, soft, comfortable slippers.
If you're struggling to decide if you're in the right relationship, just ask yourself one simple question: "Am I Trying To Make The Wrong Shoes Fit?"

5 Tips for Solving Marital Money Issues
Whether you and your spouse both work outside of the home, or one of you stays home with the children, it’s easy for one person to feel out of the financial picture. It’s important in a marriage to feel equal to your partner, on all levels of the playing field. Even if you don’t feel “stuck”, it’s important for couples to communicate openly about their financial situation, and try to better it together.
Most marriages have their financial ups and downs. It can truly be a test to your relationship with your partner in dealing with the downs in particular. Here are some tips to help you deal with these situations in the quickest and calmest way possible.
1.) Pick the Right Time. Find a non stress time to sit down and have a discussion with your partner. Me and my husband love to go on evenings out, because it gives us a chance to discuss important issues in a non stress environment. If you must stay home, make sure the kids are not present during the conversation.
2.) Come Prepared. Write down the matters you have been thinking about beforehand so that you can stay on track during your discussion.
3.) Don’t Get Emotional. Avoid personal attacks towards your spouse. Use “I” instead of “you” when speaking. Don’t be argumentative and state how you feel. Don’t point fingers, and don’t start a fight.
4.) Take Turns. Common courtesy will help you achieve your goals. Feeling equal to your partner will come with a general respect between you and your partner.
5.) Make a Plan. Discuss the situation and future plans with your spouse. Make sure you have a basic budget in place and discuss you and your partner’s vital steps in your financial future. Compile a money to-do list and check your progress often.
Remember the love you have for each other during the conversation, and listen
Also to what your partner has to say during the discussion. If it seems to be a bad time in general to talk about it, remember that there will be another opportunity to let your partner know how you feel. Let it go, and pick a better time in the future.

8 Reasons Why You As A New To Fly Fisherman Should Join A Club
I still remember watching my dad up to his waist in a rushing Colorado stream casting flies for trout. I was too young for that kind of fishing (although at the age of six I had caught a trout off the bridge in front of our home, using a spinning reel and a worm).
It fascinated me to watch the glistening line whipping repeatedly back and forth over his head as he sought to get enough distance to put the fly where he wanted it.
The memory of the heavy strikes and the subsequent fights with lunker trout (that we ate that night) drove me to fly fishing later in life, but I took it up with certain amount of trepidation.
I have to admit I was somewhat intimidated. Fly fishing took a lot of skill, I thought. More that I felt I had.
JUST A LITTLE MORE SKILL?
Arguably, fly fishing takes just a little more skill, or "know-how", as my dad might put it, than other forms of fishing.
Matching up your equipment is just the beginning, learning to cast takes practice, not just to get familiar with how the reel works as it spools off line, but to gain the dexterity to place the fly where it needs to go -- to drop it right in front of a lunker you suspect is lying in a pool behind that big rock.
Then comes fly tying -- not really necessary -- but a skill that puts you miles ahead of the fisherman that buys flies off the shelf, who can't "match the flies to hatch", or create them "on the spot".
More skill than you or I possess, you may ask? No, not necessarily. Not if you find and associate with the right people, those who already possess the skills, and are more than willing to impart them to you.
A SOLITARY SPORT?
At first glance, fly fishing seems a solitary sport. While you might see more than one fly fisherman wading in a stream or a lake, they appear to be pretty isolated from one another, not exactly like a bunch of golf buddies pulling a cart and shooting above par.
The fact is that that individual fly fisherman probably has a lot of "back-up" contacts and friends; you just can't see them because they're all part of the club he belongs to.
He as acquired many of his skills by associating with other people.
WHY JOIN A CLUB?
In our busy schedules, clubs take time away from other things we probably should be doing. In many cases, clubs are time wasters, put together by people who have an obsession with following "Robert's Rules of Order".
Fly fishing clubs, however, are close to a necessary item on the fisherman's menu -- that is if he also wants to include fish on that same menu.
There are many reasons for joining a club. By associating with enthusiastic fellow fisherman at a higher (and lower) experience level than your own, you can
-- discover more about your equipment.
-- learn how to choose rods, reels, line, and gear.
-- hone your basic skills. Get tips about such things casting, fly selections and determining "where the fish are" in a variety of environmental situations.
-- learn how make equipment. Maybe you'd like to make your own fly rod from a blank or discover what equipment and materials you need to tie flies.
-- uncover the best places to go to catch fish. Fly fishermen will divulge these things to friends they respect.
-- plan trips and vacations. A fishing trip is not a trip unless you take people you like and are as enthusiastic as you are.
-- help those less experienced. It's always good to impart what you know. It's said that a teacher best learns his own craft by teaching others.
-- experience the camaraderie that comes with getting together with like minded enthusiasts.
TYPES OF CLUBS
Fly fishing clubs can be national, regional, local, or ones that are strictly internet based. Many cater to beginners or focus on fly tying or other techniques.
Three notable National Clubs are
-- Federation of Fly Fishers
-- International Women Fly Fishers
-- Trout Unlimited
These clubs are dedicated to education and preservation of cold water species and habitats, and are great for educational opportunities.
Regional and local fly fishing clubs such as those indigenous to your state or city may provide a little more of the camaraderie you're looking for, as well as information that you can apply to waters you'll find where you live.
Internet clubs may be fun to join as well. You can post to forums and get tips by internet messenger or email.
Clubs you can find in your city or neighborhood may be the best for getting the kind of "hands on" experience you're looking for. Check with your local bait and tackle shops for information on what's available, and if you can't find one, start one. Those same bait and tackle shops will jump at the chance of posting fliers for you and recommending their customers.
NO LONGER ALONE
Each type of club caters to a different need, and you might find it beneficial to join more than one. By doing so, you'll find you're not alone.
Even if you're out in the stream by yourself, you're surrounded by your friends in the club. When you see that fish rise, when it slams into your fly, your ears will ring with their enthusiastic support --
"Now, don't horse him in, give him his head!"
"Keep your line tight."
"Okay, now he's tired, you can start bringing him in."
"Keep your rod tip up."
And finally,
"ALL RIGHT, NICE ONE! HOW BIG IS HE? I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT”
No, with your new-found club friends, you’re definitely no longer alone.

7 Ways To Improve Your Attitude
"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing; the last of the human freedoms—to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."
- Viktor Frankl
Attitude is everything. Yes, Everything.
It is more vital than events. It's more important than what's happened. Because attitude determines whether we are happy or unhappy, fulfilled or empty, the positive perspective assures us that we can never fail. A hopeful attitude guarantees internal success. Attitude- the altitude adjuster determines whether we fly high or low, crash or soar, glide or slide.
Anybody can have a positive attitude when things are going well. What really matters is its how you act when things are going badly that determines the strength of your character. An appropriate attitude means feeling hopeful in challenging times. Stop yourself. Count your blessings. Look for the good. Here are the magnificent 7 ways to improve your attitude:
1. Choose to be Enthusiastic
Corporate presidents voted it the most valuable personality trait. It's the biggest single factor in successful selling. Think enthusiastically. Talk enthusiastically. Become enthusiastic by acting enthusiastic. Your thoughts and actions establish your level of enthusiasm.
2. Be Alive to Everything You Do
Walk fast. Put a bounce in your step. A vigorous, hearty handshake indicates you are glad to be alive and happy to be with the other person. A good smile radiates enthusiasm. Put spirit into your speech by varying the tempo, raising and lowering the pitch, changing the tone and modulation. Force yourself to act with enthusiasm, and soon you will feel enthusiastic.
3. Broadcast Good News
No one ever made a friend or accomplished anything worthwhile by transmitting bad news. Good news, on the other hand, promotes good will and spreads enthusiasm. The message, "Hey! I've got good news" gets the attention of everyone. Take sunshine to school or work. Always aim to make the person you talk to feel better than they otherwise would.
4. The Power of Visualization
Imagination powerfully influences successful outcomes. When imagination and willpower compete, the imagination always wins. Force of will never keep you striving for success, but proper visualization will. All peak performers visualize success. Before you try to do anything, close your eyes and visualize yourself doing it well.
5. Positive Self-Talk
What did you say to yourself today? Did you moan and groan about everyone at school or work? Did you complain about your parents to your best friend? What we think is 100% reflected in how we feel. If all we think about is negative thoughts, our actions will be negative. Remember "I'm a 10! I'm Healthy! Wealthy! Happy! I do what I ought to do, when I ought to do it, whether I want to or not! No Debate! I love me!"
6. Love Others
How can we become more loving? By bringing encouragement, optimism, and hope to all that we meet. By helping others feel comfortable in our presence. By spreading joy and goodwill. By being concerned about the wishes and desires of others. By understanding, caring, accepting, and forgiving. By becoming more concerned about helping others achieve their individual desires.
7. Never Miss 1 to 6 Above
I think, I need not tell you the importance of this point!

6 Things To Consider In Bowling Shirt Designs
Go to any bowling alley across the country or even around the world on regular league nights and there's one thing that's sure to stand out from all else. That thing? The bowling shirt.
Created to help differentiate one team from another, the bowling shirt does along with this sport as much, and sometimes even more, than the balls, shoes and even the lanes themselves. The importance of a great bowling shirt design should not be discounted.
Coming up with the perfect shirt and the perfect design for a new team or even an older one that wants a more updated look can take some time and study. The effort should include a little bit of fun and maybe some whimsy, too.
The things to consider when setting bowling shirt design styles include:
Pricing: Some custom designed shirts can get rather expensive. Before deciding upon a $75 jersey with a custom design fee that will be tacked on, consider what team members now, and perhaps in the future, can afford. There are some great options on the more affordable market.
Materials: The standard, retro bowling shirt of days gone by was made out of polyester. Offering a full collar and often a button-up design, these shirts remain en vogue today, as well. Still, some teams prefer cotton shirts that provide for better breathing or even special jerseys. Plain old T-shirts of 100 percent cotton often work well, too.
Colors: Every team should have its set colors. Before picking ones for your shirts, try and find out what other teams on the same league have used. If at all possible, come up with a different combination to help your team and its shirts stand out a little from the crowd.
Logo: This doesn't have to be terribly fancy, but it can be a fun addition. Consider the team's name, obviously, being in the design with something bowling related. Or, just go with a neat design for the team name. Pay attention to how many colors are used in the logo. The more colors, the more expensive the end design will be in all likelihood.
Style: This goes beyond the cut and material of the shirts. The style might be the background material coloring. Some teams really enjoy bold, bright, colorful patterns. No one says a great bowling shirt can't be a whimsical paisley or Hawaiian design with the team's logo on it.
Reprint ability: If team members will be come in and out or new shirts might be needed, make sure the design set is one that can be remade when it is needed. If it's a special design, keep the art work or ask the shirt printer to do so.
A great bowling shirt design can help a team really feel like a team. This bowling league tradition is one that can be a lot of fun for those who get into creating the official design, but remember there are some major decisions that will need to be made along the way. From the price down to the colors and logo design, pay attention to details to obtain the best possible shirts to make team pride really stand out.

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali – An Historical Text
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is a book of 195 separate phrases that are designed to be easy to memorize. Because it is a work that is every bit as much a part of modern yoga as it was a part of the birth of yoga, this particular book is held in very high esteem in the yoga world.
Some Background
The origin of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is the topic of some debate among both historians and practitioners. For instance, there are some people out there who credit the writing of this set of sutras to a grammarian named Patanjali. Later, though, a timeline was constructed that showed that to be unlikely. Within the yoga community, though, many say that Patanjali was actually just a compiler and that before the work was written, the Sutras were simply memorized and passed down between teacher and student. Timelines do, though, suggest this text was constructed in about the second century B.C.
The name of this text is named using Sanskrit words: yoga, you probably know, is a mindset wherein you are able to gain mastery of feelings and thoughts alike. Sutra literally means “thread.” This thread is basically the connection between the sutras in the work. In fact, some people call the Patanjali Sutras the Yoga Aphorisms in English. It is not an altogether incorrect loose translation.
Understanding the Text
The sutras in the text are divided into four books. Fifty one of the sutras are contained in the book called Samadhi Pada, fifty five of them are in Sadhana Pada, fifty five are also in Vibhuti Pada, and thirty four of the sutras can be found in Kaivalya Pada.
The book Samadhi Pada contains sutras that are most considered fundamental to yoga. It emphasizes that yoga is about discipline and that it is the ability to master your feelings and thoughts. Many of the most famous yoga sutras come from this particular book.
In the Sadhana Pada, there is much about practice since the Sanskrit word “sadhana” actually does mean practice. This chapter is where Kriya Yoga and the eight limbs of yoga first appear. These aspects reflect the idea that yoga is both selfless and spiritual.
The Vibhuti Pada can be translated “power.” The roles of the sutras in this particular book are to describe and help the yogi to achieve full awareness through yoga. It is essentially about attaining higher levels of awareness of one's self.
Finally, the Kaivalya Pada means, again in Sanskrit, “isolation.” What this book is really about, though, is achieving liberation, according to the principles set within it. Yoga teaches to concentrate on self and attaining higher levels of consciousness, and this book uses 34 sutras to pursue this idea.
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are a staple for many, and describe the ideas upon which the yoga tradition has passed through more recent (from the 2nd century BC), history.

Yoga's Eight Fold Path to Enlightenment
While many consider Yoga to be a form a physical exercise, it is also known to be an exercise in spiritual development. Most would agree that the true goal of Yoga is to provide the individual with the means to achieve inner peace and balance. To achieve these lofty goals, students are encouraged to become familiar Yoga's eight fold path. The eight fold path consists of eight disciplines; Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samhadi.
The first fold, Yama, advises students to engage with the world from a moral standpoint, and is actually broken down into five distinct elements. The first element, Ahimsa, teaches the student to respect the world around him. The second, Satya, teaches that one should be honest with themselves and with others. The third, Asteya, teaches not to steal from another. The fourth, Bramacharya, advises against overindulgence of any form. The fifth, Aparigraha, teaches the student to live a simple life that is not distracted by material things.
Niyama, or the second fold, is considered the path of self restraint and consists of three distinct elements. Shaugh, the first element, teaches students to keep the body and mind clean and pure. Santosh, the second element, teaches the student to be happy and contented with the task at hand and to give an honest effort in all endeavors. Tapa, the third element, suggests that certain pleasures must be given up in order to attain one's goals.
Asana is the third of the eight fold path, and it is concerned with physical training and building stamina. Asana is made up of 84 yoga poses, which are focused on developing strength, increasing health, and preparing for meditation. This stage is as much about physical conditioning, as it is mental or psychological discipline. Pranayama, the fourth fold, concerns controlled breathing. Proper breathing is important for mastering true relaxation and self discipline. The proper way to breathe while practicing yoga is to breathe in, and breathe out while pausing in between.
Pratyahara is the fifth of the eight folds, and is concerned with the individual's control of sensory stimulation. The intent is to induce a sense of inner peace and quiet, by tuning out external stimulation. Dharana is the sixth fold, and it is primarily concerned with focusing one's concentration on meditation. When a meditative state has been attained the student is then on to the seventh step, Dhyana. The final step, Samhadi, is attained when all previous steps have been completed and the individual experiences a true oneness with all things. The student is, as of this point, in tune with the universal flow. Namaste!

Workout Without a Gym
We know that using free weights and machines is the fastest and most efficient way there is to improve your metabolism and strength, but for many reasons these may not be convenient or readily accessible to you.
You may also have no access to a commercial gym, home gym or are on business trip, but there can be a solution, a strength-training workout without the need of expensive machines.
As with any exercise, whether you are using your own body weight, machines or free weights, if the resistance doesn't increase, your muscles won't be worked to their maximum capacity and the stimulus these fibres need to grow will be missing.
Exercises done correctly will build the lean muscle and increase your metabolism in the same way as performing exercises at a gymnasium, but without the time constraints and associated costs.
These exercises can be easily done in a bedroom, hotel room, a park, school yard, ceiling rafters in a garage or in a doorway and all you have to do is use your imagination. There will always be a way to add more resistance to your workouts.
Please remember: It doesn't matter where you are working out — at home, a hotel, or a park — always warm up properly before beginning your session, and cool down and stretch when you are finished.
Leg Exercises
Squats -
They build muscle in the thighs, shape the buttocks and improve endurance. Position your feet about 13 to 17 inches apart or at shoulder width, keeping the back straight and your head up. If you want you can use something that will give you some support, i.e. a desk, bookcase, sink etc.
Now squat down to where the tops of the thighs are parallel to the floor, hold for a second and then stand up, but don’t bounce at the bottom of the movement, use a nice fluid motion. Always exhale your breath as you stand up.
Lunges –
Stand straight in correct posture; now stand with one leg forward and one leg back. Keeping your abdominal muscles tight and chest up, lower your upper body down, bending your leg (don't step out too far).
You should have about one to two feet between your feet at this stage, the further forward you step, and the more your gluteus and hamstring muscles will have to work.
Do not allow your knee to go forward beyond your toes as you come down and stop where your feel comfortable (try not to let your back come forward) then push directly back up. Do all your reps on one leg then switch legs and do all your reps on the other leg.
Back Exercises
Chin-ups -
Chin-ups are a great upper body workout, particularly targeting your biceps, deltoid and lat muscles. Use a doorway chin-up bar, ceiling rafters in a garage or grab the moulding of your door frame, position your hands with an under hand grip and hang down stretching the lats, slowly raise your body until your chin reaches the bar level.
Pause a moment before slowly lowering yourself back to the starting position. Don’t swing or use momentum to get your body to the top, just use the target muscles. Doorway chinning bars remove from the doorway when you are not using them and can be put up and taken down in seconds.
Bent Over Row -
Take up a position with your right hand and right knee braced on a sturdy bed or some other flat surface that will provide a good support. Now pick up a dumbbell or something heavy that you can hold onto with your left hand.
Visualize your arms as hooks and slowly bring the dumbbell or object up to the side of your chest, keeping your back straight, then lower the weight back down to arms length, no lower, on extremes, safe form only please. Concentrate on your back muscles. Reverse the whole procedure and do the exercise now with your right arm.
Chest Exercises
Push-Up -
The push up is used for building chest, shoulders and arms. Lie face down on the floor with your hands about shoulder width apart and keeping your palms turned slightly inward. Now push-up until your arms are straight, lower and repeat for repetitions.
To make it more difficult elevate your feet. Try placing the toes of your feet on a stable, elevated surface such as a bench, chair or a stair. Straightening your body, position your hands on the floor at shoulder width, lower your body until your chest touches the floor at the bottom, and then return to the starting position in a nice fluid motion.
Dips -
This exercise can be done between two sturdy chairs or other surfaces that provide stability. The dip is another great upper body exercise. It’s a compound movement as well and involves working all the muscles that the push up works.
Keep your head up and body as vertical as possible. For the beginning of the movement, start at the top (arms fully extended) and lower yourself until your upper arms are parallel to the seat of the chairs, hold and then push up to the top of the movement until your arms are fully extended again. Keep looking straight ahead and don’t bounce at the bottom of the movement.
Adding Weight
Although the simple weight of your own body is enough resistance to provide an effective workout we need progressive overload (added resistance) to become stronger.
So all we need to do is add some weight wherever we can find some. Because there are no metal plates and fancy machines to use it doesn’t matter because the body doesn’t care where it is as long as it's receiving resistance of some kind.
You can use heavy books clasped in your hands. You can buy some cheap weighted dumbbells or ankle weights. A weighted vest will also allow you to add resistance for both chin-ups and push-ups. Try to buy one that will let you remove and add weight as you see fit. Also a backpack filled with books can be perfect for most of the exercises and is a cheap alternative.
How about a couple of buckets and fill them with a certain level of water? As you get stronger fill them with more water. This is perfect because depending on the exercise, all you need to do is to increase or decrease the amount of water in the buckets for the required amount of resistance.
To wrap things up…
We know that using free weights and machines are the fastest and most efficient way there is to gain lean muscle and strength, but by performing the exercises in this article you’ll find that they will provide you with the same benefits as going to a gymnasium but without the ongoing costs and time constraints.

Why aren’t I building muscle
Have you ever asked yourself that question? Have you been going to the gym regularly for months and haven’t been able to put on any serious poundage? If you answered yes to any of these questions, it’s time to take a step back and make some plans. Building muscle is not rocket science. There are four key factors that will mean the difference between building muscle or staying skinny. You have to ask yourself these four questions.
Is my diet optimized for building muscle?
It’s time to get out of the “3 meals per day” mentality. If you want to gain (or lose) weight you need to feed your body whole foods, six times per day. This means splitting your large meals up and eating about once every three hours. Not only is this good for your metabolism, but your body will use the foods instead of storing them as fat.
Your six meals per day should consist of mainly complex carbohydrates and protein. You should aim for at least thirty grams of protein per meal. High protein foods include lean meat, chicken, fish, egg whites, cheese and milk products. Complex carbohydrates are found in brown rice, brown bread and potatoes. Stay away from foods high in salt and sugar
Should I be using supplements, and when should I be taking them?
If you can afford supplements you should be using them. The basic three you should be considering are protein, carbs and creatine. Whey protein supplements are the fastest known way to deliver quality protein to your muscles. This makes shakes particularly effective after your workouts, when your body is craving protein for muscle re-growth.
There are three key times that supplements should be taken. First thing in the morning, after your workout and before bed. If your diet is up to scratch you shouldn’t need supplements at any other time. Don’t use supplements to replace meals. Supplements are supplements, not meal replacements.
Am I training hard and not smart?
The biggest mistake the new lifters make is thinking that the more they workout the bigger they’ll get. This couldn’t be further from the truth! Two basic rules you must remember when it comes to weight training. First, quality is better than quantity. Second, compound exercises are the kings of building muscle.
Compound exercises require at least two joint movements. Big compound exercises are the squat, bench press, wide grip pull up and seated row. These movements recruit many more muscles fibers to use to move the weight. This means more muscle groups are worked, the exercise is more challenging and the potential for growth is much greater.
Generally you should be doing three compound exercises for one isolation exercise. For example your back/biceps workout might consist of wide grip pull ups, seated row, bent over row and standing bicep curl. You might think this is not enough work for your biceps? Wrong. Your biceps are worked heavily in all over these exercises; the bicep curl just finishes them off.
The length of any training session should not exceed one hour. And you only need to train one muscle group once per week. This means a split routine should only need to be three days per week. In fact, most professional bodybuilders only train four times per week. Remember, it’s quality not quantity.
Do I get enough rest and recovery time?
When you workout you’re not building your muscles, you’re breaking them down. The reason why you looked “pumped up” when you’re in the gym is because your muscle tissue is swollen and damaged. Your muscles actually grow when you are resting. So in simple terms, no rest equals no muscle growth.
So take it easy when you’re not working out. Ease up on the cardio. And make sure you get plenty of sleep. Sleep is the body’s number one time for building muscle. This is also why it’s important to eat before bed, so your body has the fuel to repair muscle in your sleep.
Simple isn’t it?
So you can see that despite what you read in magazines or on the web about building muscle, it’s surprisingly simple. If you get the four aspects I have mentioned in this article right, you will build muscle. If you’ve got any questions, I’m available on the forum on my site. See links in my bio.

Today’s Coffee Makers
Coffee, the most popular beverage the world over, has been in use from time immemorial. The making of coffee has always been a matter of interest and innovation and has undergone drastic changes over time. The evolution of coffee making from the early boiling of ground beans, and then the conventional filter over a small pot of boiled water, has finally reached modern standards.
The wide variety of coffee that is available in the markets and coffee shops induced the modern home maker to go for a coffee maker to enjoy the luxury of a satisfying cup of coffee of choice at any given point of time. Today the espresso coffee and cappuccino coffee that were once available only in restaurant or a modern coffee shop can be easily made and enjoyed at the comfort of home with the help of a coffee making machine.
The coffee maker is an innovation of the advanced technology and rich experience. The machine has a built in grinder to have a fresh ground beans that saves the job of grinding outside giving each cup of coffee with freshly ground beans. The proper mix the machine makes make available strong coffee with proper flavor and rich aroma. The espresso coffee maker on the other hand also adds proper quantity of milk at the most appropriate temperature and time, challenging even the most gifted human coffee maker in the world.
The utility of this home product has made this kitchen marvel, a common item in the modern kitchen at par with the micro wave oven or the electric kitchen mixer. Coffee makers are plentiful in the market in various sizes and capacities. However, the smaller machines are the one most in demand. The single cup coffee maker has flooded the market since many of the families have either few coffee drinkers or they prefer to reduce the intake of caffeine.
The quality of coffee comes from its flavor, aroma and taste in that order resulting from the proper mix of milk, water and the best ground beans in the market. It is said that the best beans make the best coffee. The best coffee beans of the world are obtained from the Central America, and some parts of Africa and Asia having identical climate. The beans grown in this area has the perfect flavor and quality. The best ground beans also need a perfect blend of milk and water to produce the best coffee.
The roasting of the beans is an art though the method differs. The objective is to get the beans roasted up to the point when the beans give the best flavor and Aroma. Many a drink has come and gone but this beverage still remains the most liked and favored. It is not the beans not even the process of roasting and grinding but the skillful art of coffee making that made this drink irresistible through out the ages.

5 Low Cost Ways to Soothe the Sting of Sunburn
Each of us most likely has at least one memory of nasty sunburn. Whether experienced personally, or by a close family member or friend, the symptoms are likely to include anything from red hot skin – either tender or painful to touch, to nausea, dehydration, blistering and flaking or peeling of the skin.
As anyone who has experienced bad sunburn will verify, the amount of time spent causing the sunburn, is largely disproportionate to the length of time that can be spent suffering the consequences of its effects. In this respect, and depending on the severity of burning, -- pain and discomfort can persist for several days after the event, as the body works to heal and recover from the unprotected UV exposure.
Unless the symptoms are severe, (in which instance you may need to consider medical treatment), here are 5 simple home remedies that will cost you next to nothing, and which will assist in soothing the sting and pain of sunburn:
1. Cool baths: - Soaking in a cool * bath is one of the best ways to draw heat from the skin and soothe the pain and discomfort of sunburn. (Avoid ‘cold’ as this can cause the body to go into shock.) Here are some additional things to add to your baths for further relief:
a. Add 10 drops of so of essential oil (chamomile or lavender) to the bath. Soak for 15 minutes or until relief is felt.
b. Adding baking soda (or oatmeal) to a lukewarm bath can also relieve sunburn pain. For this treatment to work best, try to make sure that all affected areas are submerged. Bath water can be poured over your body using your hands or a soft washcloth. Burned facial areas can be gently dabbed using the cloth, or alternately you can splash water directly onto your face. After soaking, lightly pat the skin dry with a soft towel (preferably cotton). If you’ve take an oatmeal bath, let the light coating of oatmeal that clings to your skin remain.
c. Adding vinegar to the bath water will help in taking the sting out of sunburn.
2. Rubbing alcohol: - Because it evaporates so quickly, dabbing on rubbing alcohol will quickly cool and ease the pain of sunburned skin.
3. Vinegar: - Vinegar is an effective and cooling treatment for sunburn. Soak towels with it, and apply to the burned areas. Alternately you can fill a spray bottle and spray it directly on the skin as needed.
4. Egg Whites: - If your burn is painfully hot, separating the white from the yolk of an egg, and then spreading the white over the affected area will help to cool the burning instantly. This can be repeated as often as needed.
5. Potatoes: - Potatoes can also be used to relieve the pain of sunburn. Take 2 potatoes and wash them well. Cut them into tiny chunks and place in a blender to liquefy. (If the result appears too dry, add some water). Pat the affected areas with potato juice. Wait until dry, and then rinse off in a cool shower or bath.
Remember that as well as causing varying degrees of discomfort and pain, repeated sun exposure and sunburn also accelerates the aging process and can increase the risk of cataracts and skin cancer. Prevention therefore should also always be considered more preferable than treatment!

4 Steps To Relieve Back Pain
Michael J. Homan is a Reiki Master and studies natural healthing methods such as Acupressure, Electro-Acupuncture, Reflexology, Crystal Therapy, Chinese Magnetic Cupping, has his own e-Book called 4 Steps To A Pain-FREE Back!, and has a health related web site devoted to health issues and natural healing techniques.
I have studied and taken courses in acupressure. Studied some on chiropractic. I also have looked into psychological issues to do with pain and medical problems. And I am also a Reiki Master.
So now that you have a little about my background, and what fuels my writing... let's get to the real content.
I am going to condense this article for convenience since it is a combination of four major studies in themselves, but you can get my e-book or read my full articles at my web site, which is healthgrowhealthier.com.
I have found that 4 major things play an important part in your spines health.
First, there is posture. I know this is not the first time you have heard this, but it needs to be said again and again.
Posture should be noted in sitting, standing, and sleeping. Start taking note of your posture at all times. If it is not straight, then start working on fixing it.
If you sleep in a position like I have in the past, with both hands under your pillow while you lay on your side, you can pinch a nerve in your neck if your shoulder of the arm that's up starts to relax and leans in toward your head or neck. It would be better to lay your arm of your upper hand down on your leg while one hand is under your pillow.
And if you can, buy a few different thickness pillows for throughout the night. I do not know about you, but I can not have a high, fluffy pillow when I lay on my back. But a thin pillow gives me neck ache when I lay on my side.
The second thing on our list is the flexibility of your back.
What you want to do when you notice your back goes out a lot and you experience pinched nerves, is in getting your spine back into alignment and having it flexible.
Of course if you feel a chiropractor is your best choice, by all means seek one. But think about your progress if you could align your own back when ever you needed to. It's not all that hard!
If you are in pain at the present, put ice or heat on the spot until the pain seems to lessen.
Do NOT, under any circumstances exercise while any of your nerves are inflamed or swollen!
To get your back more flexible you might want to learn kundalini yoga. Not all yoga styles are like those you may have seen on television, where they twist themselves up. Kundalini yoga has very good and useful spinal exercises developed to help flexibility. Kundalini Yoga is also a spiritual tool to help before meditation as well.
It is very important to strengthen your back and the surrounding muscles. This is the third step to a healthy back.
Doing sit-ups is one such exercise, You do not have to do many sit-ups until you feel you can... step by step.
Take all of these things slow and at the pace of your body. Your body will let you know what it is feeling. Pain is a warning sign.
Just remember... taking pain pills is okay when you really need them. But also remember that they do not heal the problem, they only mask the warning sign, they simply stop the warning sign, but not the underlying problem.
Health is more than just eating right. One has to consider mental health, environmental, and many other factors. It is not all that easy for a doctor to diagnose the complete problem and cure it, especially if it has roots in psychological issues and has gone a long time unchecked, and became a physical problem.
The fourth and last step in back health is to start a daily stretching routine. You have
seen cats and dogs stretch when they get up, try it for yourself!
The key to back health is in keeping it actively flexible and strong, or well supported by the stomach and back muscles. You may have to find that happy medium in between like I have, being too much strength in one area will pull out another.
Each person is uniquely different in many areas. So never think what worked for someone else is going to work for you. You may have to build on someone else's information and work it into your own, personal program.
I recommend you learn a little about acupressure as well to maintain your pain when it flares up.
I have found that I can manage pain by using acupressure, simply by putting pressure on certain areas of the body. But that is something I suggest you seek a professional for help, or look for someone who does acupuncture, or take a course in acupressure like I did.

Living a Healthy Life
In the fast paced world that we live in it can be easy to neglect our health and wellness. We’re so busy racing through our day to day lives – family, friends, work, social engagements – that we don’t take the time to look after ourselves. It’s really no wonder that so many of us are tired and run down. What are some simple things that we can do to improve our quality of life?
Drink Drink Drink…
You’ve heard it a million times and you’ll probably hear it a million more – drink more water!
Think about it: The human body is 72% water. A 5% drop in fluids creates a 25-30% loss in energy. A 15% drop in fluids causes death! At this point in time 66% of us aren’t drinking enough water, so over half the population isn’t running on all six cylinders to begin with – before things like bad air, bad food and stress take their toll.
It’s not really a difficult thing to remedy. Just drink one glass of water every half hour or so – or 10-12 glasses of water per day – and you’ll notice a huge jump in your energy levels.
Living Food – Loving Life!
A little known fact is that heating food above 116°F destroys much of the nutrient content. Considering that we already aren’t eating enough veggies, that’s a fairly substantial problem. Nutritionists recommend five serves of fresh vegetables per day. How many of us are actually taking that advice?
A great way to get the nutrients found in fresh veggies without spending all day at stove or eating raw celery sticks is to juice your veggies. Make sure that you own a good juicer (some juicers expose vegetables to heat created by friction during juicing, which breaks down important enzymes), grab some fresh vegetables and drink your way to good health. It takes a fraction of the time (there’s no cooking involved, for one thing) and it’s convenient. You can take your juice to work and even give some to the littlies for school lunches!
Wheatgrass in particular is an excellent source of nutrition. It’s high in chlorophyll (sometimes described as ‘plant blood’ because it closely resembles human red blood cell molecules) and has over 100 elements that the body needs. Fresh grains are another excellent source for vitamins and minerals.
Energy In – Energy Out
Exercise is another dirty word for most of us. The thing is, exercise doesn’t have to be horribly time consuming or mind-numbingly boring. There are plenty of options.
Years ago gyms usually offered weight rooms, aerobics classes and maybe a tydro-circuit. Now you can add water aerobics, yoga, pilates, dance-ercise, step classes and a whole range of new workout options.
If you don’t really have the time or money for the gym, or prefer to spend your mornings/nights at home, then try an exercise bike or walker. I’d be lost without my exercise bike – I set it up in front of the television and peddle away merrily during my favourite shows.
If, like me, you suffer from illness or injury or your level of fitness is quite low, you might like to consider some invaluable advice that I got from my doctor:
Once you’re physically unfit, and particularly if you’re also unwell, it can be a mammoth battle to just do the most minimal amount of exercise in a day. The danger is that inactivity leads to further loss of energy, which becomes a self-perpetuating cycle until you can barely get off the couch.
An excellent way to get back into a physical routine is to start slowly. Ridiculously slowly, it may seem. For the first couple of weeks, walk/ride for 5 minutes per day – exactly 5 minutes, no more, even if you think you could continue. When the 2 weeks are up, increase to 7 minutes, then 10 minutes, 12 minutes… continue to gradually increase your activity until you’re at a level that you’re comfortable with.
It may sound a little silly, but it works. In effect, you trick your body into producing more energy. You’re building your exercise time up so slowly that your body doesn’t really realise what’s happening. Follow this method and, before you know it, you’ll be comfortably exercising within your limits every day.
So, folks, that’s the basics. If you can rearrange your life a little to allow for better eating habits and a little exercise, and if you remember to just drink a glass of water every half hour or so, you’ll be well on the way to living a healthy life. On a final note, don’t forget to take some quiet time for yourself. Meditating is an excellent way to minimise stress. You don’t have to sit around for hours, just give yourself 5 minutes of quiet time every day – even in the shower, if that’s the only place where you can get time out – and have a little catch up with yourself.
And, last but by no means least, laugh! In fact, laugh like a loon – the louder the better! You’ll be amazed at how much such a simple thing can lift your spirits!

You Can Improve Your Relationship
It seems as if creating successful relationships with our significant others and parenting children are two of the most difficult jobs we face and yet we get no formal training in either. It’s as if people believe that we are born with an inherent ability to do these two things. Yet, look around us. In the US, the divorce rate is slightly over 50%! I don’t know anywhere but baseball where a 50% average is a good thing.
Couples go through life getting along when times are good; and fighting with, ignoring, or leaving each other when things get tough. Most people believe that to seek help with their relationships means to admit a certain kind of defeat that says something about who they are as a person. Or possibly, they believe that relationships are something we are just supposed to be able to manage on our own. Or, finally, some people believe that those out there helping couples can’t know any more than they do. After all, what’s to know about keeping relationships together?
Well, the truth is that there is a whole lot to learn when it comes to relationships. Unfortunately, the only training most of us ever receive is the passive learning we get through the modeling of the adults who live in our house with us and the media. Now, I don’t know about you, but my parents had only received the informal training they got from their parents, and they from my great grandparents and so on back through the generations. There is so much more to know about relationships than that!
Also, my parents have helped support that 50% statistic cited earlier in that they divorced sometime around their 25th wedding anniversary. What I learned about relationships from watching them is that couples never argue, especially in front of the children. On the surface, my parents had a very happy marriage but my father experienced a stereotypical mid-life crisis and suddenly questioned the meaning of “life” and decided marriage was holding him back somehow.
In some ways, this type of training may have been as bad as those who have parents who argue all the time. Disagreements are a natural by-product of relationships. It is virtually impossible for two people to come together and create a life without some of their ideals, values, opinions or day-to-day activities coming into conflict with each other. The question becomes how the couple manages this conflict.
There are many things to consider when speaking about couples and their challenges and areas for growth and development. The first is compatibility. I know there is an expression that says opposites attract and I believe there is some accuracy in that statement when you think of attraction as that chemical interaction that occurs when two people meet and are attracted. This chemical attraction doesn’t care what the other person’s values are, what is important to him or her, the personality characteristics involved, or what either of you likes to do in your spare time. Compatibility is a key for a successful, healthy relationship. Go to www.therelationshipcenter.biz and take the free Assessment to determine your compatibility with your partner.
A second consideration is simply that there are major differences in how men are in relationships compared to how women are. Women generally don’t understand men because the men don’t act like women and similarly, men don’t understand women because they don’t act like men. And since a woman has never been a man and a man has never been a woman, how does each learn about these important differences? John Gray researched and wrote about these issues in his book, Men are from Mars; Women are from Venus. But I would say that the majority of people in relationships don’t take the time to learn about these gender differences. It is easier to point a finger and blame the other person for his or her “irrational” behavior.
As mentioned earlier, a third area of growth is learning how to manage conflict. There are time proven methods for resolving conflict that we don’t learn in school or from a book. There are ways to actually hear each other in relationships. By placing the relationship FIRST in importance, these methods can be implemented by couples to greatly improve their satisfaction.
There is so much to learn about satisfying relationships that your parents never showed you. Please don’t become one of the statistics of divorce or perhaps worse, stay in a miserable relationship to honor your marriage vows while having so many regrets about your life as the time ticks away.

Women! Get More Love By Giving Less.
Any woman can attract a better quality man or inspire the man she has to give her more love, affection and romance, by learning the truth about Overnurturing.
What is Overnurturing? It's doing too much in a relationship. Giving too much. It's the reverse of how a relationship works best for a woman.Giving is what men are supposed to do. Women are supposed to receive the love, affection and gifts that men give, and then give love and affection back to them. Though many of us have caught onto this, it’s challenging to stop doing what we’ve always done, what we’ve been told is the way to do things, and to fly in the face of the fallout we fear. So I’m going to tackle one little issue – Nurturing.
Nurturing is masculine. If you want to get what he wants to give, stop nurturing your man.
Radical as this sounds, try it. Stop doing. Stop giving. Stop massaging your husband’s feelings. Stop helping your date do the relationship thing and let him flounder until he figures it out. He will.
This whole concept of nurturing is a dilemma for most of us. We think of mothering, nurturing, caring for our young as a feminine aspect of ourselves.
It isn’t.
Nurturing and caring for others may be a female trait – Motherhood is female – but it’s still about action! Nurturing is about doing. Giving. Your energy goes out of you and toward or into someone else. When you give, you are acting from a masculine energy place.
We are so accustomed to the idea of nurturing being feminine, we get confused. We think being loving to our men is nurturing them. Massaging their bodies, minds and spirits. There is nothing wrong with the idea of nurturing – it’s the form our nurturing takes that causes so much difficulty. We are all composed of masculine and feminine (yin and yang) energies. We move through them fluidly at our best, and are stuck in one or the other at our worst.
But most of us are stuck at one extreme or the other. We either give too much all the time and then find ourselves resentful all the time, or we go the other way and make ourselves emotionally unavailable to our dates, our husbands, our boyfriends, and every man we meet.
Too often, our nurturing energies are perceived by men as mothering. Our actions seem intrusive. We seem to be judging them and finding them coming up short – otherwise why would they need taking care of? On the other hand, they love attention. Don’t we all?
To strike some sort of balance when we are all so mightily out of balance, I’m asking you to pull back to zero. To at least imagine pulling back to zero. The baby steps you actually take may seem huge. When you stop doing for your man what he doesn’t need you to do, yet has grown accustomed to your doing, may resent your not doing, and will certainly find himself relieved that you’ve stopped doing, things may get messy before they get better. But they will get better.
This is all about Overfunctioning.
What does Overfunctioning and Overnurturing look like?
You come to the door the moment he gets home and ask him how his day went. You offer to massage his neck, his feet, his back because he looks so tired (even though you’re just as tired.) Or you give your date directions to your house before he asks. And you invite him in and offer him something to eat or drink without even knowing what he has in mind for the evening. You offer to cook him a meal when he’s barely taken you out to a decent restaurant. You offer sex to your husband, without being asked, and even if you’re not in the mood, because you figure you should. You ask him how he feels, and demonstrate concern for his feelings and moods.
This sounds nurturing, but it’s not. It’s mothering. Nurturing a grown-up is giving him what he wants, not what you think he needs. Nurturing a grown-up is not tolerating what you don’t want. Not tolerating him treating himself badly or carelessly if it’s damaging to you or his relationship with you – this means smoking, eating badly, not working, never leaving the house.
And you do it not by telling him what he needs to do and helping him do it, but by telling him how angry it makes you feel when it’s happening. Or telling him how good it feels when he does something that makes you happy. Let him figure out how to take responsibility for making you and the relationship happy – on his end of it.
This is feminine energy – the expression of honest-to-goodness feelings. All the caretaking and fixing and doing and massaging and concern is masculine energy in action, and it will get you nowhere near what you want.
Try it the feminine way. Stop nurturing a grown-up man, and start expressing your feelings moment by moment. The first time is scary – but then, you’ll see – you’ll wonder how you ever loved any other way.

Your Ex Girlfriend’s Qualities - A Possible Threat To Your Present Relationship?
You are out from a long time relationship; no
matter if she left you or you have left her. You
are free now to do what you want and to meet who
you want, when you want.
After a while you feel that you are ready to get
in a new relationship. You even have met a nice
girl who looks like she is interested in you.
Slowly, things are getting more serious and you
get to know better your new partner.
But something is bothering you, and you don't
know what it is. Than you realize that she is not
doing things like you were used to be done, she
is not doing things like your ex used to make
them (it's not about all things, but those you
loved at your ex).
Last days I have met a friend of mine I haven't
seen for a long time. It was a surprise for me
when a nice girl comes to us, and he has
introduced her like his girlfriend. I didn't know
that he has broken up with his ex, which is a
very sexy, feminine woman.
After, his new girlfriend left, I asked my friend
what happened with his ex and how things are
going in his new relationship. He told me that he’
s in this new relationship for over 7 months, his
girlfriend is a nice woman and he has nothing to
blame her.
But, something is missing. He was used to be with
a very feminine woman, which enjoyed her woman
qualities all the time. He confessed me that it
is very difficult for him to get used to live
without some things which he has experimented
before and he knows that does exist.
He also told me something that made me smile: 'If
I could take my ex qualities and put them next to
my new partner's qualities I would make the
perfect women for me.' :)
But how good it could be if we would be able to
make the perfect woman? Not so good as we all
think, believe me. I say it all the time,
perfection is boring.
However, a person after a breakup has to think
mostly to the reasons for the breakup with his ex
and not to her qualities. I am sure that you have
very good reasons to break up with a person which
who you have spend years together.
Relief you from your past relationship and let
your new girlfriend make you happy in her own way.
Learn to enjoy your girl’s qualities and
personality and don't make your ex girlfriend’s
qualities a problem for your present or future
relationships.

Wrinkles that fold and age
With the media shoved in our face everywhere that we go, our visual appearance has become a huge part in our every day lives. Whether it is tanning, hair coloring, plastic surgery, or "Anti-aging cream", we can see the dominance of image in our society. Everyone wants to look young, healthy, and like Brad Pitt, Right?
As a result of this pressure on image, Anti-aging creams are a heavily marketed and advertised product, promising to deliver healthier and younger looking skin, while reducing wrinkles. Most of the time these creams are targeted at women, but we are now beginning to see products that are more targeted to men as well. This shift is because are society is starting to more readily accept men being conscious about their looks and image.
There are several different forms of anti wrinkle treatment. The biggest advantage to using a cream over another method such as plastic surgery and botox injections is the huge difference in cost. Many critics will tell you that the marketing and advertising that goes into these products is actually damaging, and is playing with the fears in women and men. Really there isn't huge proof that any of these products work well, if at all, which is another thing you will hear critics rave about.
Do wrinkles in our skin matter, and do these products really work? I would recommend asking yourself that first question, and spending some time to answer the question for yourself as every individual is different.

Your Skin is Begging for Attention
You’ve had the bariatric weight-loss surgery and you are looking fabulous as you are feeling healthier, able to live a more active lifestyle, and wear more fashionable clothing. But you’re noticing that your skin seems to be so dry! If you’ve had a problem with acne or oily skin before, then you are elated that your skin has cleared up and is less oily. But for those who started out with normal to dry skin to begin with, this new extra-dry skin poses a bit of an issue, even perhaps, a discomfort from itching and flakiness.
Developing dry skin after the surgery can become a problem for many after they undergo the surgery. Not getting enough fluids in is probably the biggest culprit but not solely responsible. Acne and oily skin often come as a result of certain foods; and since a bariatric patient has basically cut out such foods that are fatty, fried, and greasy, the acne or oily skin goes away. This is happy news for someone who battled acne or oily skin for years. But for those who fall into the normal to dry skin category prior to surgery, the increased dryness can be irritating.
The skin is the largest organ of our bodies. It is a breathing and functional covering of our body that holds our skeleton, muscles, and vital organs all in one neat safe package. Our skin sweats, absorbs, feels sensations, and also protects everything inside. It is important that we take care of it so it can continue to function at its best for us.
Hand and body lotions are the easiest remedies that offer a wide range simple basics to vitamin-enriched formulas. It’s wise to experiment with little trial samples of these products to find out what soothes your skin issues the best. Buy the smallest amount possible at first so in the event your skin doesn’t’ like a product, not so much money was spent on something you wont’ use again. And when you find that product that works best for you, remember where you purchased it so you can buy more – because you WILL buy more when you use your favorite hand or body lotion everyday. Hand lotion will be used several times a day, probably each time after you wash your hands; so carry some hand lotion with you in your hand bag (men… have some in the car). Washing hands really dries out the skin since soap and tap water is harsh. Your hands may be clean, but they tend to get so dry, you can barely pick up a single sheet of paper!
Along with daily applications of hand and body lotion, I highly recommend the use of bath salts at least twice a week as well. A good soaking bath in bath salts will give your dry skin the extra treatment it needs. Bath salts soften the bath tap water for the skin while the skin absorbs the softness from the salts… just like clothing absorbs fabric softener. If you do a lot of swimming in chlorinated pools, your skin will truly thank you after a good bath salts soaking. Bath salts provide a long-lasting effect and make the skin feel refreshed. Bath salts come in loose crystals or in solid forms that dissolve in warm water. I prefer the crystals because this allows you to control the amount you want to use per bath, be it a lot or a little. Plain Epsom salts are the barebones if that’s all you want, or you can buy the bath salts that are colored and perfumed to enhance your soaking pleasure and ambiance.
Don’t forget the lips! They are suffering too from dryness after surgery! Use a good moisture-rich product. For problem lips that need help instantly, try a medicated lip balm that has special healing medicines that will take immediate affect to stop the cracking and burning. Lip balm should be worn throughout all seasons as the cold, heat, wind, and sun are not kind to unprotected lips.
When you buy sunscreens for outdoor activities, select a product that offers not only efficient sun blockage for you, but also offers moisturizers.
If you’ve never babied or pampered your skin prior to surgery, then you need to begin doing it afterward. You’ll find that you’re experiencing more “touching” encounters than ever before because people want to hug you in congratulatory embraces as they tell you how happy they are for you. Make it a “softer” experience for everyone involved as you drench your skin with great skin products.
Skin care is something that needs to become a part of your daily routine as much as getting enough fluids in after surgery. If you do this, your skin will feel healthier, look more radiant, and you will probably knock a few years off of your appearance too! Continue to amaze others – not only in your weight-loss achievements, but in your general overall healthy appearance as well. Remember those hugs that are coming!

Really, its all about knowing what is truly important to you. You will need to decide whether you will be using the boat for your own private use, fishing, or cruising. You should also consider your families wishes and feelings, since buying a boat for your own personal needs without consulting your family will probably lead to disappointing experiences or less time spent on the water.
Typically, boats will fall into five categories which are fishing boats, power boats, sailboats, personal watercraft, and self powered boats. To help you find the perfect boat, well take a look at some of the features that each one offers.
The designs for fishing boats will vary quite a bit, as are the places you can use them. The boats that are meant for shallow waters of inland lakes and rivers are not the same boats meant for deep seas and great lakes. There are many different designs, even boats that serve no other purpose besides fishing.
These types of boats normally have stowage and holders for bait, fishing poles, tackle, and even special tanks to hold live fish. Other types of fishing only boats feature an open platform where anglers can fight fish from all sides of the boat.
Power boats are the most popular boats sold. The designs on and of power boats are as varied as their uses. Boats with seating in the front are called bow riders, which are mainly used for towing skiers or rafts. Most boats can also be used for fishing as well. If you want to do both, there are ski and fish combinations available.
When you first learn to pilot a sailboat, it can be very challenging, although very rewarding as well. A sailboat requires more skill and knowledge to operate than some other types of boats, although they are also considered more rewarding once mastered.
With all available sailboats, the single masted sloop is the most popular design. For those who only boat on occasion, catboats, daysailers, and dinghies are small and easily trailer able.
When you finally decide on the perfect boat for you, look at what each one offers and how you plan to use it. The perfect boat for you is out there, all you have do is find the one that best matches your needs, and an online Arizona classified ad site is the best place to start.
